Kenya’s Ruto says he’ll ignore court ruling, send police to tackle Haiti gangs

Kenya's President William Ruto says he will deploy police officers to Haiti on a mission to help the country with its fight against gangs, this despite a Nairobi court blocking the deployment last week.
