Many individuals involved in the trades, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, are seen as “blue-collar workers” and not given the same respect as other professions. However, this perception is slowly changing, thanks to events such as iCreate Africa’s Builders Show powered by the Skillers Platform.
