Bellingham a top target for Chelsea

Chelsea has reportedly made Borussia Dortmund and England midfielder Jude Bellingham their top target this summer. Chelsea sees the 19-year-old as the perfect addition to strengthen their midfield and also has Declan Rice on their shortlist.
