Burkina Faso reaches knockout stages, Cape Verde left in suspense

Group A's matches wrap up with a series of 1-1 draws that see Burkina Faso and Cameroon move on to the knockout stage, Ethiopia go home and Cape Verde await their fate. Ghana and Senegal are among the teams from Groups B and C that will be fighting to secure their last 16 place on Tuesday. History will also be made as a game between Zimbabwe and Guinea is officiated by an all-female group of referees.
