COVID-19 Lockdown: Life returns to Lagos

Lagos, after being locked down for weeks, practically bounced back to life on Monday after the government eased its stay-at-home order with a less restrictive directive demanding residents to observe social distancing and sport facemasks in public places.
GuardianTV went around Lagos to observe the level of compliance.
