Coronavirus: Prices in Abuja markets increase due to panic buying

The alarming increase in Coronavirus infections in Nigeria has raised fears among citizens of a looming shutdown in business activities and Abuja residents are now engaged in panic buying to hoard basic household items. Many believe a statement from President Muhammadu Buhari at this will reduce the pressure and panic caused by the fear of the virus.
