Lagos State launches innovation master plan to grow its tech start-up industry

Lagos State has launched its innovation master plan as well at a solutions hub at the on-going Art of Technology. The State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu told CNBC Africa that Lagos wants to connect with its vibrant tech start-up industry and leverage tech to deliver good governance.
