Prosper Africa is an initiative out to boost trade and investment between the United States and African countries. Earl Gast, Executive Vice President for Programs of Creative Associates International, in this interview with Guardian TV, speaks on the initiative that reflects the U.S. government’s belief that open and transparent economies should determine the future of African countries.
