Criticisms trail Nigeria’s planned settlement for cattle herders

News of Nigeria's plans to establish rural grazing areas in states has received mixed reactions. Nigerian presidency says the Rural Grazing Area (RUGA) pilot scheme is set to begin with 12 states that indicated interest, but some state governors have criticized and opposed the initiative.
