Buhari gives ministers deadline to submit handover notes

Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari asked ministers and heads of agencies to turn in their handover notes by Wednesday next week. He also asked them to submit a comprehensive status report on the policies, programmes and projects from their respective ministries, departments and agencies.
