German Africa Prize for environmental activists

They’ve sacrificed their lives to protect the environment in their home countries. That’s why Gerald Bigurube from Tanzania and Clovis Razafimalala from Madagascar are being awarded this year’s German Africa Prize – an award presented by the German Africa Foundation to “outstanding individuals” who have dedicated themselves to social causes in Africa.
