Touts hijack voter registration

The ongoing voters' registration has been dogged by racketeering across the country. Touts working with registration officials are now extorting citizens before they can get registered. Apart from having to arrive at registrations centres as early as 5AM, applicants also have to contend with fewer centres in their localities.
