Lack of information, treatment hampers cancer fight in Nigeria

A new study indicates that cancer patients' survival prospects are improving globally though huge disparities between countries remain. In Africa, lack of prevention, proper diagnosis and treatment still means at least half a million people lose their lives to cancer every year.
