South Carolina ex-cop who killed black man to be sentenced

A U.S. judge on Monday will begin hearing evidence on whether former South Carolina policeman, Michael Slager who was caught on video shooting unarmed black man, Walter Scott in the back should spend the rest of his life in prison.
