US President-elect Joe Biden says he will sign an executive order on his first day in office requiring Americans to wear masks in order to curb the coronavirus pandemic. "I know that out of our collective pain, we're going to find collective purpose," Biden says in Wilmington, Delaware, as he introduces his health care team.
