Brian Moles, 43, of Edinboro, Pennsylvania, was arrested at President Donald Trump's Washington hotel early on Wednesday after police found an assault rifle, a handgun and 90 rounds of ammunition in his car, Police Chief Peter Newsham said.

Officials say a police chief in a central Ohio town, on the job for just three weeks, was among four people fatally shot on Friday morning at a nursing and rehabilitation home. Nathan Frandino reports.
