Last weekend, local council elections took place in Lagos. It recorded one of the lowest voter turnouts in recent times. It’s very possible that you – the person watching this video – were one of the thousands of eligible voters who did not participate in the council polls. So what was your reason? A. You were not aware of the election? B. You were aware but didn’t feel it was safe to vote? C. You felt the outcome of the election was pre-determined?
