Adam Weymouth's exploration of the prized Chinook salmon took him down the Yukon River, through north-western Canada, Alaska and into the Bering Sea. The British author covered more than 2,000 miles in a small canoe. This epic journey gave rise to his first, award-winning book "Kings of the Yukon". He tells us more about writing an account of the flora and fauna of that land, as well as the rich human encounters that informed his trip.

AugustSecrets was born out of necessity when Oluwatoyin Onigbanjo had her child, Jaden, outside her country, Nigeria. Upon returning, she bought all available infant meals only for her baby to keep rejecting them. It was a frustrating experience for a first-time mother. Since she couldn’t watch him starve to death, she began the journey into looking into alternatives, it was in the process of searching she found solace in African and Nigerian foodstuffs.
