The suspension of Twitter in Nigeria has begun to take its toll on the country's economy. Already, small businesses that rely on Twitter to reach their audience are feeling the pinch. Banks, fintechs, and other businesses have also suspended Twitter customer care support. NetBlocks, a global internet monitor, said each hour of Twitter clampdown costs Nigeria about $250,000 (N102.5 million), bringing the daily loss to N2.5 billion. The Founder of the Synagogue, Church of All Nations, Temitope Joshua, also known as Prophet TB Joshua, is dead. The prophet was said to have died on Saturday night in Lagos after a church program. Joshua was born on June 12, 1963, and plans were already underway for his 58th birthday.
