IFAB announces temporary amendment to football rules
The International Football Association Board (IFAB), FIFA's governing body, approved the new regulations which will apply from July 1. And one of the new rule is the modification of the offside rule in a 'desire to encourage attacking football and the scoring of goals' among other rules.

Solomon Fowowe discusses Bundesliga's readiness to resume on May 9 pending government approval.
