Domestic flight operations in Nigeria's biggest business district and most populous city, Lagos, as well as the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja resumed on Wednesday, 8 July 2020, after months of suspension due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The restart is according to the Nigerian government’s three-tier reopening scheme announced by the country's aviation minister, Hadi Sirika, a few weeks ago.
