Cuban-American singer Camila Cabello was the top winner at the MTV Europe Music awards on Sunday (November 4), with "Best Song," "Best Artist," "Best Video" and "Best U.S. Act" in a show that featured a heartfelt speech from Janet Jackson where she highlighted the plight of women around the world.
