The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Thursday inaugurated a national reconciliation committee and campaign councils for the upcoming Kogi and Bayelsa gubernatorial elections, scheduled for next month. Former Senate President, Senator Bukola Saraki was assigned to head the reconciliation committee, while the Oyo State governor, Seyi Makinde of Oyo State will serve as the chairman of the party’s campaign council for Kogi. Bauchi State governor, Bala Mohammed will chair the campaign council for Bayelsa.
