The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) had requested that Bulkachuwa recuse herself from the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal due to her alleged ties with the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Election Petition: Tribunal orders substituted service on Buhari
The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal on Wednesday granted the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, permission to serve the processes of the case through a substituted service on President Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
