Man in giant pumpkin paddles 38 miles to set world record

Nebraska resident Duane Hansen spent years growing in his garden the 846-pound (384 kg) pumpkin he named 'Berta' to set a record for riding 38 miles (61 km) it down river.

French street artist JR travelled to the Ukrainian city of Lviv to install one of his trademark giant portraits. It features a small, smiling Ukrainian girl, dressed for winter, captured in black and white. JR says "this little girl reminds us what Ukrainians are fighting for".
