IOC executive board to discuss Tokyo 2020

The International Olympic Committee's executive board arrived for the second day of their meeting in Lausanne on Wednesday. The meeting has been dominated by the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and the potential threat posed to it by the coronavirus outbreak.
