Bucs fans celebrate record Super Bowl win

There were scenes of joy and celebration outside the Raymond James Stadium after the Tampa Bay Buccaneers won a record seventh Super Bowl in front of a home crowd. The Bucs routed the Kansas City Chiefs 31-9.
