China's National Space Administration (CNSA) on Sunday released new images from its Tianwen-1 Mars probe. The footage shows the rover opening a parachute and descending to the Martian surface, and its rover Zhurong driving away from its landing platform and moving over the surface of the Red Planet. The launch on July 2020 of the Tianwen-1 Mars probe, which carried the Zhurong rover, marked a major milestone in China's space programme. In the future, the rover will continue to carry out movement, perception, and scientific exploration of Mars, the China National Space Administration (CNSA).

A French court has handed down suspended prison sentences of between four to six months to 11 people who were found guilty of harassing a teen online over her anti-Islam videos on social media. The prosecutions came after the teen, known as Mila, was forced to change schools and accept police protection due to threats to her life.
