Art of Technology: Obafemi Hamzat on what the Innovation Master Plan will bring to Lagos

Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Obafemi Hamzat told CNBC Africa’s Christy Cole that the purpose of the Lagos Innovation Master Plan and the Lagos Solutions Hub launched at the Art of Technology in Lagos is to bring the state's tech ecosystem together and remove communication barriers between the tech industry and government.
