US mission in Afghanistan ‘failed’ says Russian Foreign minister

Russia's foreign minister Sergei Lavrov says that the United States has "failed" in its mission in Afghanistan, as Taliban insurgents make lightning gains and foreign forces pull their remaining troops from the country.
