Ukraine: Biden vows Putin will pay for ‘premeditated’ act of ‘tyranny’

The US president's State of the Union address comes amid Russia's invasion of Ukraine. He said "freedom will always overcome tyranny" and that Vladimir Putin's attack was "premeditated and unprovoked."
In a bid to reassert US influence in Latin America and counter Chinese influence, Biden signed a new pact to take more laborers and offer greater humanitarian assistance to migrants.
