UK defense chief says more than 15,000 Russian troops have been killed

Footage released by the Russia Defense Ministry on May 10, 2022 shows Colonel General Sergei Kuzovlev, Chief of Staff of the Southern Military District, presenting awards to Russian servicemen during a "special military operation" in Ukraine.
