Trump impeachment inquiry: Two top aides testify to ‘improper’ call

An army veteran and a foreign service officer who overheard Trump's call to Ukraine's President Zelenskiy gave their testimony to Congress. Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman said there was "no doubt" what Trump was asking for.
