The Syrian government has declared victory in its fight to retake Aleppo after the last convoy carrying rebels and their families left the city. State television showed government supporters celebrating after the announcement by the military.
Naing Myel Htet Kyaw says: “We must take up arms. My parents support that.” The 18-year-old is fighting against the military in Myanmar.
