The former White House adviser and three other people have been charged with deceiving donors as part of a project called "We Build The Wall." It hoped to raise funds to help construct a wall along the US-Mexico border.

Hill accused Bauer of two instances of sexual assault, with the district attorney's office refusing to press criminal charges.
