Silicon Zanzibar: Will locals reap the benefits?

The Zanzibar archipelago is famous for its beaches, but the government's "Silicon Zanzibar" project wants to change that. A new town dubbed "Fumba Town" is under construction and aims to lure international investors to the region. As part of the project, the government also hopes to generate employment and educational opportunities.
