Russian offensive in Vuhledar slows down

Russian attempts to assault the eastern Ukrainian town of Vuhledar have slowed, according to British intelligence. Meanwhile, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz announced more arms deliveries to Ukraine. DW has the latest.
