‘Killer clown’ arrested for 1990 murder of woman

54-year-old Sheila Keen-Warren was arrested Tuesday in southwest Virginia and charged with first-degree murder in the 1990 death of Marlene Warren in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Video footage taken by a local resident shows a large portion of a 12-story building in the town of Surfside -- just north of Miami Beach -- reduced to rubble, with the apartments' interiors exposed, sparking a major emergency response.
