Users have been facing issues accessing the social media giant's apps and services for the second time in a week. The company said a configuration change was behind the outage, which is under control.

We went up, I think, higher than we've done in the past, so running up that hill was tough," said Jerome. In addition to the beer and cash, the two were entered into the world championship held in Finland next summer.

US Consumer Price data for the month of September will be released later this Thursday, and is expected to stay high. Core prices, which exclude food and energy, are expected to have increased 6.5 percent annually last month, a rate not seen in 40 years.
