HAARP: Watch out for this conspiracy theory on climate change

The COP27 climate summit currently underway in Egypt is a good opportunity to examine conspiracy theories about the subject circulating online. One such example is about HAARP, a US research programme allegedly capable of controlling the weather. This false claim has been circulating online for years.
