French court sentences eight youths to prison for assaulting police officers

Eight youths have been given prison sentences ranging from 10 to 20 years for assaulting police offcers by throwing petrol bombs at their cars during clashes in Viry-Chatillon, a town 21 km to the south east of Paris, in 2016.
