Fire rages in foothills of Cape Town’s Table Mountain

Emergency services are fighting to contain a fire that has broken out in the foothills of Cape Town's landmark Table Mountain. As strong winds fanned the blaze on Sunday, hundreds of University of Cape Town students had to flee as their library burned.
