Ethics lawyer: Special prosecutor should investigate ‘everyone in the Trump administration’

Former White House ethics lawyer Richard Painter talks to DW’s Brent Goff on “The Day” about former Trump advisor Steve Bannon’s refusal to testify before a Congressional committee investigating the January 6th attack on the US Capitol. Painter says a special prosecutor should look into the entire Trump White House’s role in the events, including investigating the former president himself.
