China: Sichuan power crisis eases as temperatures fall, but drought continues

A Chinese warship reportedly came closer than 12 kilometers (7.5 miles) to Taiwan as Beijing continues its military drills. But Taipei said it will not be cowed by its "evil neighbor."
"Inherently, space is dual use," says Mark Hilborne, Defense Studies lecturer at King's College London. "That dual use element is quite problematic when we're looking at space generally and identifying what is military and what is not military, and particularly problematic when we're looking at China," he told DW.
