In Chile, protests catch up where they left off before the pandemic; the video of a 16-year-old boy being thrown off a bridge by police has gone viral and sparked outrage in the country. Here in France, restaurants in the capital now have to register contact detail for customers, a measure that already exists in neighboring countries such as Portugal, Italy and Germany. Many find the measure controversial.
