Britain calls Stena Impero oil tanker seizure ‘hostile act’ as Iran releases video of capture

London has denounced Iran's seizure of a British-flagged oil tanker in the Gulf as a "hostile act." German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas says Europe is trying to prevent an "uncontrollable military escalation."
