Bill Clinton talks ‘good politics’ with mayors across the country

Former President Bill Clinton addressed more than 250 mayors at the U.S. Conference of Mayors' 85th Annual Meeting in Miami Beach, where he said 'good politics' is not how to stretch the limits of acceptable use of power.
