Biden administration a ‘trusted friend’ to Taiwan, says US envoy

US envoy Christopher Dodd and his delegation meet with Taiwan President Tsai Ing-wen at the presidential building in Taipei. The former senator says Taiwan will find President Joe Biden's administration to be "a reliable, trusted friend".
