US President-elect Joe Biden introduces his nominees for foreign policy and national security positions in his cabinet, including the first woman ever nominated to lead the intelligence community and the first Latino and immigrant nominated to run the Department of Homeland Security. "They embody my core beliefs that America is strongest when it works with its allies," Biden says of the team he has selected.
