A year after Hanau attack, questions remain unanswered

On February 19, 2020, a racist terrorist attack destroyed nine young lives. The perpetrator also killed himself and his mother. From the perspective of the relatives one year on, far too little has been done.

Throughout the day we read and see stories of destruction, cruelty, pain and suffering. French author Cyril Bruyelle decided to take a trip around our planet, armed with 20 questions and a determination to ask as wide a range of people as possible to respond to them, from past presidents to pastors. The goal: to get a real view of the world as humans see and feel it; to find out whether it's a predominately cruel or kind place to be. He concluded that we have much more in common than we think.
